Boat Kit With Twin Motor Mounts Exploded View

  1. 2 aluminum pontoons, each with integrated motor mounting rear ends, side and under keels, front water deflectors, full length cross-member supports, sealed chambers at 5 ft. lengths, and front mooring eyes.
  2. C- channel cross-members, 3in. high x 12ft. 0in. width of boat. Additional bars for reinforcement at front and rear.
  3. 4 checker-plate aluminum corners.
  4. (Integrated motor mounting design)
  5. 4in. wide aluminum edging for complete perimeter.
  6. Towing bar (not illustrated).
  7. All necessary nuts, bolts, screws, etc.
  8. Assembly booklet.

Tools Needed
Power Hand Drill & drills (1/8",3/16",1/4", 3/8", & 9/64" or 5/32"), Drill Drive Bits (for flooring screws), Ratchet Wrench (with 1/4" & 3/8" attachments and same size spanners), Pop Rivet Gun, 25' Measuring Tape, 50 ft. of string, pencil or fine point marker.
