Pontoon Boat Kit With Twin Motor Mounts

Each standard motor mount is rated up to 150 hp, optional up to 175 hp, 200 hp, 225 hp and 250 hp.
 
Ideal for houseboats, easy to dock using forward thrust and reverse thrust, nice to have an extra outboard as insurance

Basic Boat Kit Description
 Each standard 8' Pontoon Boat Kit contains the following parts

  1. 2 aluminum pontoons, each with integrated motor mounting rear ends, side and under keels, front water deflectors, full length cross-member supports, sealed chambers at 5 ft. lengths, and front mooring eyes.
  2. C- channel cross-members, 3in. high x 12ft. 0in. width of boat. Additional bars for reinforcement at front and rear.
  3. 4 checker-plate aluminum corners.
  4. (Integrated motor mounting design)
  5. 4in. wide aluminum edging for complete perimeter.
  6. Towing bar (not illustrated).
  7. All necessary nuts, bolts, screws, etc.
  8. Assembly booklet.

Pontoon Boat Kits are made to last
Our pontoons are made with type 5052 H32 aluminum, an aluminum / magnesium alloy most resistant to corrosion in fresh and sea water. The standard pontoon wall thickness is .081", .090" and .125".

There are solid welded chambers every 5' and each pontoon has a full length under keel and side keel for added protection.
